Stay at home moms apology

The character in this cartoon is solely Obama. The artist seems to be very biased against him, as in believing that he has done nothing for the rack of jobless citizens. The artist points out the issue as well as makes hilarity of the 'at home mom' business, where they were said to have no job when in truth they like to believe that the home is their job. The quirky way that Obama is drawn in funny, i think that the 'unemployment' paper is another aspect in saying that Obama just has these types of problems right in front of them on his desk and is able to do what he likes with them.
