Romney On Top
The people in the cartoon are Romney and two republicans. The republicans are symbolized as their respective elephants and are the said 'owners' of the dog-like Romney. In the cartoon the elephant republicans are seen driving the the general election with a quite talkative dog-like Romney on the roof of the car with a leash around his neck. The things that Romney are saying are the basis of his political campaign and the artist are attempting to say that Romney is basically gloating about being the top 1%, cayman islands and such. Romney is the mutt of the political party, but the republicans want to 'muzzle' him.
