Title: Political Etch a Sketch

These words are being used to describe this cartoon because lately Romney has made his latest spoof via etch-a-sketch, where people claim that he's going to erase everything he has said so far in the primary nominations and completely rewrite something different, as if you drew a picture on an etch-a-sketch and shook it.

The people in this cartoon are Santorum, Romney and Gingrich and each of them are holding an etch-a-sketch board which resembles what they're about as people.

Romney ( i believe this is him. ) holds the etch-a-sketch that says 'My core values', Gingrich holds one that says 'my wedding vows', yet santorum holds a rock with a old caveman carving. Romney's says that because they think he's just giving the crowd what they want until he's president or nominated then he's just going to change completely, which is why his core values would be erased. Gingrich's talks about his wedding vows because previously he's had issues being loyal to his companions and is known to cheat or abandon his wife and is currently on his third marriage, which is why his wedding vows would be erased like they're nothing. Santorum's is a rock-like etch-a-sketch with a caveman drawing on a man dragging his woman ( haha, funny. ) maybe because he's extremely conservative and the traditional rock and his need to control the female population ( and their reproductive systems ;||) just fits. Well he couldn't really erase that, now can he?

I think the ideological perspective of the cartoonist is somewhat liberal or moderate, as he/she pointed out each persons' faults as well as drew them in an exaggerated but hilarious way.

This cartoon relates to current issues by pointing out the recent as well as the past jarbles in the 2012 political primaries, by using the etch-a-sketch ordeal humorously.

I think this is very satirical, poking fun at each individuals bad point.
