The Big Gun

The character in this cartoon is Obama. The irony here is that the canon is very big but the outcome in fact is very small 'politics' flag, as if in a famous spoof cartoon. The artist's ideology is somewhat biased against Obama, as in saying his campaign in this issue is a floozy and a fake.
